The Glen Rock Swim Team is designed for children to have a positive experience with competitive swimming.  The program is open to all Glen Rock children who are members of the pool.  The team has a strong focus on developing all swimmers and encouraging participation in the sport.  There will be five dual meets during the month of July along with a League and County Championship for those who qualify.  The emphasis will be on the growth of each swimmers' abilities and fostering a positive environment to enjoy the sport of swimming.  

Practices begin on Monday June 24th with the following anticipated practice schedule.

8u - 5:00-5:45pm

9/10 - 5:45-6:30pm

11+ - 6:30-7:30pm
